Working Environment Redefined

Recently got introduced to i3wm, which compelled me to make certain changes in my developement machine working envvironment. This post is just to keep track of the recent changes that I made.

• Installed i3wm and its supporting utitlities.
• Change config: namespace, bindings, use i3lock, i3status, autostart applications etc.
• Installed zsh
• Installed oh my zsh
• Installed git, tig
• Installed htop
• Installed xsscreensaver

This post was just to keep track of the recent changes that I had done on my system. I might write another few set of posts, on i3wm and git. Currenty, being recently introduced to both of them, there is a lot to learn and explore.

As of now, only one thing I am sure of is, that I am just loving it and I wish I had been introduced to them a lot earlier.
